I would like to thank you for the trust you put in us with the purchase of our product, and we regret to say this, but we have noticed that some of our very valued customers have received damaged parts (especially in the large version of the figure), we do our best to protect the figures, but sometimes the post offices of the countries involved are our worst enemy. I have in my possibilities to repair the parts involved at no cost (which means not only the gluing and filling but also a repainting of the affected areas), but first I would like to ask you if you can please send me pictures of the parts involved to assess the damage. ), i’ll repair and send it back free or charge of course, If this happened to you please email me to [email protected] with the photos. thanks again on your trust.

Hello Friends, after a while finally i got some news for you guys.

1- We should be shipping the Ankha (Egyptian Kitty) figures from the second lot on the next week.. also

2- Orange Pony, will be released as pre-order on Tuesday, so be ready to order yours 🙂

One of our customers did a video review of the Renamon Figure

We are making a second (and last) lot of this figure
Due to some events such as the fact that we originally printed by mistake some extra pieces, seeing how fast the figure sold out, and the fact that I forgot to announce it in the newsgroup causing discomfort to some of our customers, we have decided to finalize the printed pieces we already had and make available 10 new figures, these will be shipped around the middle of the month of April. For the Renamon figure owners, this was our first time to make a special box to the figure, we changed our packaging style to add exrta protection to the boxes, and i’ll like to know how your package arrived to your place, if you have photos or comments please email me to [email protected]

For the Ankha figure owners, your packages will be ship on 1sth March, but once you receive the figure i’ll like to know also how the box came to your country. once you receive it email me to [email protected]
